bike. need.

My morning commute is officially too short to warrant the use of a legit road bike (which is all I have). I need a linus. The roadster sport with fenders and 3 gears.

It's so chic and almost french and will make me feel like wearing dresses and hats and filling my satchel with baguette and wine and tomatoes on my way home to enjoy a simple dinner in the backyard.

And they are on Abbot Kinney so I could just pick one up today at lunch?

Me too! I've been eyeing them on my trips to the Newstand. I read somewhere they are actually really affordable too. We need to investigate!

I definitely need a mixte. Although I bet the shipping to Toronto would cost as much as the bike!!

Too sweet. I'm still coveting my little pistachio green bike. From afar.

Hmm, this is the perfect - yet slightly more affordable version than the classic dutch bike - that I have been lusting after.

Now we just need to convince them that they need to open more locations...and more accessories!

ooh, ahh, that is bike perfection.

dreamy. highly unaffordable though. for me anyway. but if you don't want to pay that much you could get an equally charming vitage bike via ebay or craigslist. to me, that is way more french. i mean would amelie have a 600 dollar bike?

i meant to say vintage. not 'vitage', in case you thought that was some kind of wacky name brand.

Oh, to own a bike like that would be quite lovely.

Just stumbled across your blog... I've been eyeing a few cruiser bikes in hopes of seeming french and chic and wearing dresses and carrying baguettes too!

bike lust indeed... i've been longing for the gazelle classic dutch bike for ages. these bikes remind me of the summer i spend studying abroad in the netherlands!

p.s. have fun spent far too much time browsing the shower photos. mine is coming up soon and now i've got plenty of inspiration!
